This week we had special guest Kimberly Harbert from Drama Kids International on the show to tell us all about this wonderful developmental drama program she brought to San Diego to help kids as young as three years old begin to grow and improve important skills to help them be more successful and confident throughout their lives.
Drama Kids International is different from traditional performance drama as the focus is on developing life skills by using drama as the tool to help students speak with confidence, be innovative, and think critically and on their feet. Kids do improv, have fun with interactive games, experiment with other various activities as well as performances that also help them develop their public speaking skills, which are essential for everyone.
